Items sold during sales and exhibitions are not applicable for exchanges (unless there isn’t any manufacturing defect).

We offer a free first alteration where the customer has to pay for the shipping of the garment. No alteration fee is charged. This policy is not applicable on products purchased during a site-wide sale or in exhibitions. 

Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an alteration or refund/exchange. 

To be eligible for exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goods once sold through the web-store can only be exchanged for replacement or refunded completely if they meet our terms and conditions. We accept only exchanges and provide refunds on items (except reduced/discounted or sale items) that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed).

All the pieces are quality checked several times, however, if you are not satisfied with the product received by you and it is faulty or damaged please let us know via email. We shall see if we can replace the product depending on stock and availability. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will provide refund of the same amount within 7 working days once the garment reaches us back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
