All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (for customers within India):

Shipping is free within India. Once your order has been shipped, it will take 2 to 5 days to be delivered to you. Our shipping partners are The Professional Couriers and Blue Dart for delivery within India.

2. International Shipping (for customers outside India):

We offer international shipping to all countries globally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping partner is DTDC for delivery anywhere outside India.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

• If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 97.motifs@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Other Information:

• Due to the current circumstances due to COVID-19, there might be a slight delay of a day or two in the shipment of orders. We're doing everything on our end to ship all the orders within the stipulated time period nonetheless.

• Please be aware all international orders (outside India) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
